What is a pre-order?


Pre-orders allow customers to pre-order popular products before they are released. This means that when you place your order, the product may still be in production and unavailable for immediate shipment. At checkout, please ensure that the item you are purchasing is marked as a pre-order. Please note that the shipping time for pre-order items may vary.


How long does it take for pre-order items to ship?


Shipping times vary by product. Generally, you can expect to receive your item within 30 to 40 business days after the product is released. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be shipped within three days.
It is important to note that orders containing pre-order items are shipped separately from your other orders.


When and why can there be delays?


The production process involves multiple steps and these steps are carried out in sequence, so unexpected delays may occur. If your order is affected, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible with relevant information.


Can I cancel my pre-order order?


Yes, you can cancel your pre-order order, but please follow the rules below: You must cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this period has passed, the order cannot be canceled. In addition, if more than 30 working days have passed since the release of the pre-ordered item, you can also apply to cancel the order.


Can I change the delivery address?


Of course, you can! Before your order is shipped, you can log in to your account to view the order details and contact customer service to modify the delivery address. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
